Real Estate Structural Services.  Realtors—don't let structural or termite problems hold you up from selling or purchasing a house for your clients.  Donahue Engineering can assist you by performing a complete investigation, provide an analysis and recommendations for repairs (if needed) so that the transaction can successfully go to closing.  Retaining walls can also be investigated.  If termite inspections reveal damage to the house, I can investigate it and provide recommendations for any needed structural repairs.
