Services and Fees

Donahue Engineering is committed to providing clients, including real estate agents, construction and ready mix concrete contractors, with professional engineering services in a timely fashion. Donahue Engineering is a sole proprietor limited liability company. I will investigate civil or structural engineering problems and provide a Professional Engineer certified report complete with recommendations for correcting any problems that are discovered. I am a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.

My services include:

Residential structural design

Drainage and erosion control

Site surveying (as needed)

Investigation of residential structural problems

Investigation of concrete problems

Investigation of foundation and retaining wall problems

Engineering reports describing the complete investigation, photographs, and an analysis of reported problems and recommendations for correcting any deficiencies discovered

Professional Engineering fees are at the rate of $100 per hour, including time spent to completely investigate the problem and prepare the report ($500 minimum plus travel). Travel is invoiced at $50/hour.
